Dragon Warrior

Freshly plucked from his duties as apprentice noodle maker at his dad's shop, Po is now the legendary Dragon Warrior. But despite all the adulation, Po is the same humble panda. Ever the fan boy, he is just as likely to stare slack-jawed at his fellow Furious Five's Kung Fu moves, as he is to dish out some himself. Though he is living out his dreams fighting alongside the stars of the Kung Fu world, Po's journey is not complete. The role of Dragon Warrior comes with new challenges and responsibilities Po must face on his way to becoming the best Kung Fu warrior he can be.

Unexpectedly chosen to fulfill an ancient prophecy and study kung fu alongside his idols the Furious Five, Po begins training under Master Shifu. But it is soon apparent that the traditional styles of kung fu aren't a good fit for a six-foot-two-inch, 260-pound panda. Shifu discovers that for Po to become the Dragon Warrior, he must embrace Po's inherent panda nature and exploit his physical attributes...including his generous belly and rear end. In the end, Po creates his own style that uses his perceived weaknesses as his strengths.

Simple Life

A simple and healthy sandwich can be made within 5 minutes. I love tuna sandwich. Tuna sandwiches are great for breakfast since it has many health benefits and is a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Tuna also contains omega-3 fatty acids which are known to lower the risk of heart disease.

To have a meal, it can be just simple, convenient and inexpensive. Don’t always scratch your head to think about where and what to eat. Actually life is really simple, just we insist to make it complicated.

Sometimes you have to slow down. Rushing through your daily tasks, worry about your works and assignments in every second give you no room to enjoy your life, then what’s the meaning of life?

Humor

Small innocent things bring smile larger than a joke. I fell down this morning when I came out from toilet. Not feeling bad, but just felt funny because the board is higher than me actually, I fell down not because of the wet floor, because I hit the signboard. Haha. Below here are some signboards that are humorous, hopefully can lighten up your day!

Housework

Pretty tired today, was doing housework for the whole day. Actually you don have to pay extra money for those exclusive gym rooms, or purposely go to jog or play sports, housework does burn calories and considered a form of exercises.

By cleaning your house, not only burn calories but also improve your body strength. For example, to keep your arms shapely, you may dust, polish or sweep, doing laundry helps to tone thighs (washing by hands but not with machine ok), mopping floors can tone shoulders and biceps etc.

Let’s see how many calories can be burned per half-hour by doing housework accordingly: Making the bed 68, Cooking 85, Sweeping 112, Vacuuming 119, Rearranging furniture 204, Washing the car 102, Gardening 136, Washing windows 102.

So don’t see housework as a waste of time, see it as a way to improve fitness!

"Some drinks have tremendous health benefits, from relieving minor ailments like indigestion to protecting against serious ones like osteoporosis," says Dan Nadeau, MD, medical director of Exeter Hospital's HealthReach Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Nutrition Center in Exeter, New Hampshire.

Healthy drinks round out a healthy meal plan and lead you to the healthy lifestyle. Let me introduce a good drinks that I love it so much – Green Tea. Today, many peoples drink green tea globally for its health benefits. Various studies into the effects of green tea have been presented in recent years.

The health benefits of green tea are varied, it helps against formation of cancer, calms your digestion, aids in weight loss, controls diabetes, and even safe and good during pregnancy because it provides mild stimulating effect. It contains Vitamin E which helps prevent aging and promotes cholesterol balance. Green tea can even help prevent tooth decay, it can kill the bacteria that causes dental plaque.

Limitation

Understood that everything has a limit, got their own rules and regulations to be followed, got the border line. We need to respect each other and not to go any further. Therefore communication playing a vital role so that we know what the boundaries are and not to go beyond that.

As we are in a democracy generation, we can and we should voice out for our future. With the proper cooperation from all, strongly believe that a gathering will be nothing more and nothing less than a peaceful expression of a just and legitimate cause.

We are speaking out because we live in open democracies where the freedoms of speech and of peaceful assembly and the right to demonstrate are the norm rather than the exception. People are waiting to raise up, to change. What we need is just as simple as ABC, Amanah, Bersih, Cekap!

“Only when elections are clean and fair, can citizens be real masters of their own destiny and expect holders of public office to act accountably and effectively.”

Teeth Protection

This morning was accompanying my friend to see a dentist…to extract a decay tooth…argh…it’s so painful. He shouted till the walls fall down, lol. Prevention is better than cure friends, lets see 6 tips that how to protect your teeth.

Brushing Technique:
Brush your teeth for a minimum duration of at least three minutes daily per session. During brushing, the position of the tooth brush head should be at an angle of forty five degrees towards your gum line. Gently move the brush in forward and backward strokes and let the strokes be short.

Consume foods that will not damage your teeth:
Do not eat pop corn kernels or ice cubes. These can cause severe damage to your teeth. Most carbonated drinks erode your teeth enamel. Other drinks like coffee and tea stain your teeth. When you are taking drinks that are likely to stain your teeth, then do not have them too hot or too cold.

Flossing:
Flossing your teeth is quite necessary as this will increase the longevity of the teeth life and the health of the gums. Flossing removes food particles and bits that are trapped under the gums.

Use your teeth for what they are intended for:
It is found that most people use their teeth for a different kind of activities. This includes using the teeth as a tool and sometimes as a can opener.

Avoid clinching or grinding teeth:
The amount of pressure that can be exerted by one’s jaw is tremendous. If this is done against bone to bone or teeth to teeth it can cause sever permanent damage? Don’t express anger in ways like this. It will cause more harm than release of tension.

Visit the dentist regularly:
Make it a habit to visit your dentist once every six months. He can guide you and tell you about the status of your teeth and can do some professional cleaning once in a while.
