Gold Rush

For the first time in history, gold rose above $1,800 per ounce Wednesday, closing at $1,784.

While many people may be having gold fever, financial advisor Sherod Waite said it is important for people to remember to diversify their investments.

"Gold is just one asset class out of 20 or 30 major asset classes we can invest in. So you know the phrase, 'Don't put all your eggs into one basket;'that holds true with gold. You don't want to put too much of your assets or too much of your investment portfolio all in gold," said Waite.

Waite says only 3 to 5 percent of a person's investments should go into precious metals. That is because he says unlike stocks or a bond, gold doesn't pay a dividend.

"It doesn't create an income," said Waite. It is simply an asset that you are holding. The only value of that asset is what somebody else might buy it from you for."

Waite also said before people rush out to spend all their money on gold they need to keep in mind that the gold market can be volatile too. He said there was an extended period of time the gold price didn't go anywhere.

Dragon Warrior

Freshly plucked from his duties as apprentice noodle maker at his dad's shop, Po is now the legendary Dragon Warrior. But despite all the adulation, Po is the same humble panda. Ever the fan boy, he is just as likely to stare slack-jawed at his fellow Furious Five's Kung Fu moves, as he is to dish out some himself. Though he is living out his dreams fighting alongside the stars of the Kung Fu world, Po's journey is not complete. Unexpectedly chosen to fulfill an ancient prophecy and study kung fu alongside his idols the Furious Five, Po begins training under Master Shifu. Simple Life

Tuna sandwiches are great for breakfast since it has many health benefits and is a good source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Tuna also contains omega-3 fatty acids which are known to lower the risk of heart disease.

To have a meal, it can be just simple, convenient and inexpensive. Don’t always scratch your head to think about where and what to eat. Actually life is really simple, just we insist to make it complicated.

Sometimes you have to slow down. Rushing through your daily tasks, worry about your works and assignments in every second give you no room to enjoy your life, then what’s the meaning of life?
